Busoye is a solutions architect with over 10 years of experience in health systems database design, training, and deployment. He has supported the design and implementation of DHIS2 health systems in several countries and worked on multi-country DHIS2 implementation for NGOs. He is an informatics specialist with distinct expertise in effective deployment of teams in the design, implementation, and evaluation of enterprise-level international development projects.

Lars is a software engineer and architect with more than 14 years of experience in building web and integration solutions. He brings deep expertise in systems architecture, databases, data modeling, data analytics, and web API design. He has been the lead developer of DHIS2, the world’s largest information system within the international development domain, since its inception in 2005.

Katherine is a public health professional with over 15 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, health information systems strengthening, and data analytics, visualization and use. Having worked in multiple countries across Asia and Africa, she has keen insight into the data needs of our partners. Katherine builds and maintains partner relationships, conducts market research, and recommends services and products, helping to drive company strategy and impact.

Andrew brings over 25 years of experience delivering innovative Health IT solutions for clients across the public and private sectors. He has successfully managed large, multi-million Health IT initiatives for the US Department of State (PEPFAR), AHRQ, NIAID, NICHD, and NIH OCIO. Andrew brings the right combination of technical expertise, scientific domain knowledge, and client/team management skills along with the process and business focus necessary to successfully capture, deliver, and manage business in the Health IT market.

Joseph has over 20 years of managing complex financial operations for high-profile companies across domestic and international markets. Before joining BAO Systems, he was a CFO consultant providing finance and accounting leadership to international defense contracting and private companies completing business transactions. Prior to that, he served as the CFO of International Launch Services, Inc. (ILS), which was originally a joint venture with Lockheed Martin. Joseph was able to navigate the financial transition of a joint venture to be a standalone company.

Oluwasanmi Adedokun is a Public Health Physician with strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities. For over 16 years he has led cross-functional teams in program monitoring and evaluation of HIV, Malaria, and Reproductive health programs; population-based surveillance surveys; operational research; as well as development and implementation of digital solutions including electronic medical records systems, health information systems, and data repositories.

Ron brings over 20 years in director-level roles, delivering projects across diverse functions and geographies, working collaboratively at the highest level to devise and deliver creative solutions to strategic challenges. Before joining BAO, he was the Global Publishing Director, ELT, and Director of Business Change Programs at Cambridge University Press. He has experience in strategic development, data management and systems implementation in the international education and health sectors in over 20 countries and is a dual citizen of the US and the UK, based in Cambridge, UK.

Scott Jackson is a seasoned strategist with over 15 years in social impact, specializing in operations, analytics, and impact measurement. He leads consulting services for social entrepreneurs, foundations, and governments, focusing on data strategy and analytics solutions. Scott held senior roles at PwC, leading initiatives for the UN and U.S. government agencies in analytics, data governance, statistical capacity building, and HIV/AIDS response. Scott also co-founded ImpactBeta, a consultancy advancing analytics for social enterprises. His work continues to drive innovation in global health, social impact, and impact measurement.

Analeed is a seasoned communications and marketing strategist with extensive experience in international development and tech sectors. At BAO Systems, Analeed leads impactful communications initiatives that highlight the company’s expertise in data integration, analytics, and digital solutions. With a background in journalism and government service at State Department and USAID, she brings a sharp understanding of storytelling, audience engagement, and strategic positioning. She plays a key role in driving BAO Systems’ brand presence and thought leadership. Her expertise extends to partner engagement and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with global stakeholders.
